Hello Everyone!
I am writing this to you, as a proud newly elected President of the Resident Council at Credit River Retirement Residence. This is a position which I feel very honoured to be holding.
Every day here is enjoyable and exciting for me. There are many fun activities, including those for your health and wellness, and I joined almost all of them, making many new friends along the way. All the staff are very helpful and considerate to everyone’s needs, and they have been especially vigilant during this time of COVID19. Although we have certain restrictions, I am eagerly making plans with our Vice President, Gord Hughes, to help boost the morale and keep a happy and safe group going through the winter months.
All of us here at Credit River remember well, that making the decision to move into a Retirement Community wasn’t easy. But, if you are considering a new adventure and life in a retirement community, Credit River is it! If you make that decision, know that Gord, myself and our ten fabulous Ambassadors will be waiting here to greet you, befriend you, spend time with you and help you feel right at home!
I love living here at Credit River, I have no regrets about making this life changing decision at all. It’s been exactly what I expected and needed, and then some! I wish I had done it sooner.
