Ingredients:
- Fresh Salmon
Bourbon Ginger Peach Glaze:
Amount | Ingredient |
2 | Peaches peeled pit removed, cut up |
2 tbsp | Honey |
1 tbsp | Fresh ginger, minced |
1 tbsp | Grainy Dijon mustard |
Pinch | Salt and Pepper – to taste |
1 tbsp | Squeeze of fresh lemon |
2 tbsp | Bourbon |
Instructions:
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a blender
- Blend all ingredients together thoroughly
- Brush glaze over salmon fillet
- Broil salmon at 400 degrees for roughly 7-8 minutes
(ovens my vary) - Enjoy delicious salmon with a favourite sides of
your choice!
