Winter squash is an excellent source of beta carotene and potassium, and a source of Vitamin C and folacin. They are an important source of income for many growers in Canada. Help us celebrate by coming for dinner and enjoying:

  • Squash & apple soup, or squash salad with roasted almonts & feta cheese
  • Squash, broccoli & chicken stir-fry, or sausages wtih caramelized onion gravy & butternut squash mash
  • Pumpkin & cranberry loaf cake, or pumpkin pie
