The redevelopment of 462 Wellington St. West will include downtown Toronto’s first continuum care retirement residence, creating a more complete King-Spadina community. In addition to a full-service retirement residence, the development proposal includes the conservation of the existing heritage building, along with new offices, retail and restaurant use.
