These values are embedded in every aspect of our organization and guide us in everything we do. We have been in business for over 40 years and we have built a culture that is intended to be positive, respectful and discrimination free. We value diversity and strive to make our spaces inclusive and equitable for all. One of the reasons we continue to thrive after all these years is because we are adaptive. One of the ways we are doing this currently, is by taking an active role in pushing back against the status quo to combat racism and injustice in a way that helps bring about meaningful progress for members of the Black Community, Indigenous people and other people of colour. We have formed a Community Action Committee with members of our organization across the country. This group is identifying new ways to bring about positive change. You, as a resident of a Verve Community play a big role in this.
