1 | Cob of corn, roasted and kernels removed |

¼ cup | Feta, crumbled |
4 leaves | Arugula |
Dressing Ingredients:
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | Limes, zest and juiced |
¼ bunch | Cilantro, finely chopped |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
