Spring at Riverwalk: Community, Celebration, and What’s Coming This Summer
Our April 18 Open House brought Caribbean warmth to the building – steel pan music, island-inspired décor, Jamaican flavours, and a seashell craft that drew a crowd. It was a strong afternoon, and a clear reflection of what our team brings to every event.
June continues in the same spirit. This month, residents and guests can look forward to a Beer Tasting with Sausages and Pretzels on June 19, and a BBQ Brunch on June 21 to welcome the start of summer. Seasonal programming, themed menus, and social gatherings fill out the rest of the month.
We are also proud to welcome Kennedy Astill to the spotlight this season. With a background in Alzheimer’s research and a deep commitment to seniors care, Kennedy brings both expertise and genuine connection to her work with residents at Riverwalk.
