The Riverwalk construction team has been moving quickly to beat the snow. The exterior building cladding and concrete hardscapes have continued to be installed. The Riverwalk building has reached a significant milestone with the startup of the heating system! This was a very exciting event for the team.
In the upcoming weeks, we will be focusing on completion of the common areas and the main floor through to the 6th floor. The commercial kitchen is well on its way in the process of completion. This area will be the source of many highlights at Riverwalk and the culinary team. Our concrete sidewalks will be completed this week. Trees and topsoil will also be installed, just making it in time for change in weather.
The interior finishes inside the building have been moving along and are starting to take shape. The in-suite millwork and light fixtures are being installed on the lower floors, along with light fixtures and solid surface counters with ceramic tile backsplash.
