With over 25 years of progressive senior leadership and experience in the broad health & wellness sector, I am a passionate and purposeful leader who strives to make an impact in the organizations that I have the honour to collaborate with.
I have an MBA with a focus on organizational effectiveness, I hold the Canadian Health Executive (CHE) credential from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and I have a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology focused on the wholistic aspect of living.
In all my roles, over the year, I leverage my clinical expertise, along with my strength in relationship management and customer service to create solutions that meet and exceed the needs and expectations of the residents, families, staff and stakeholders whom I engage with regularly.
I am driven by the vision of creating a more customer service-oriented experience, integrated, efficient, and effective and focused on resident and family centered needs that improves health outcomes and experiences for all.
Personally, my family and I live an active life, engaging in our local community of Whitchurch Stouffville and are fortunate to be able to golf, curl, play ball hockey, socialize at local fund raisers/events truly just enjoying life within our community.
