Alzheimer’s deeply affects not only those diagnosed, but also the families who love and care for them. There continues to be emotional and physical challenges that families face along the way, which leads us to extending our heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated and those who joined us to support the Alzheimer’s Walk last May 23rd at The Concorde.
