1) The location is perfect! A walking area among birds and small animals.
2) I can’t say enough about our Staff – you as our General Manager – a blessing in itself! All the wonderful Staff that work so hard to make us so happy! So many activities carefully planned.
3) The food is just fine and the servers couldn’t be more caring.

All in all – I love and appreciate being here. I can’t imagine living any where else and I plan on being here for the rest of my life!!!

The catering was outstanding and the platters were beautifully presented. Having this option available
made hosting her party so much easier. Additionally, your staff was incredibly responsive regarding
the setup and our expectations—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
It is a great relief to know our mom is so well cared for. From the dining staff to the PSWs, nurses, and
housekeeping, everyone is consistently loving and attentive.

Here at The Ravines, management truly cares about our comfort and well-being. They listen, and they help resolve issues when they arise. The Activities, Food Services, Housekeeping and Reception teams are just as attentive, always friendly and kind.

The location is ideal. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic, and the Nepean Creek Trail runs right alongside the building, a scenic path where I watch herons and cormorants nest near the bridge. My suite faces the creek and is bright, with a large balcony where I tend my flowers in summer. In-suite laundry, underground parking, a heated indoor pool, and the building is pet-friendly.

I’ve made many friends since moving in eight years ago. Best of all, my children and grandchildren live just 10 km away.

I am now a 14 year resident and will spend my last days here.

My husband used to call retirement homes “god’s waiting room” and I cannot find a better place to wait!

Allowing small pets is a wonderful way to spend the day and laundry at midnight is a joy. I think the food is enjoyable. I can always find ways to work around the menu with the alternative menu. Keep up the good work, many compliments go your way, and many more will come after the transition. We are proud of you for all your hard work and dedication to The Ravines!
