Join us to remember those who served and sacrificed.

Also, see our memorabilia table which shares residents’ pictures, memories, stories, books, and poems from their war time experiences. See and read their stories to help us remember and recognize those who served and sacrificed. It gives us insight into their young, naïve, and brave lives—those who fought for our peace and freedom.

Winter squash is an excellent source of beta carotene and potassium, and a source of Vitamin C and folacin. They are an important source of income for many growers in Canada. Help us celebrate by coming for dinner and enjoying:

  • Squash & apple soup, or squash salad with roasted almonts & feta cheese
  • Squash, broccoli & chicken stir-fry, or sausages wtih caramelized onion gravy & butternut squash mash
  • Pumpkin & cranberry loaf cake, or pumpkin pie

Start your day right by activating your flexibility, balance and inner peace. This class is led by an instructor and catered to all levels.

Come and enjoy the beautiful, relaxing and soulful music by Josephine Lee, professional Harpist, followed by happy hour with residents and guests.
