Summer is in full bloom at Riverwalk Retirement Residence, and August is shaping up to be a month filled with connection, fun, and community spirit.
This month’s theme, “Being Supported,” highlights the many ways residents enjoy friendship, comfort, and meaningful experiences every day. Residents and guests can look forward to exciting events including our Ice Cream Sandwich Social, Family & Friends BBQ Brunch, Baked Potato Day, and a Cozy S’mores Night under the summer sky.
Weekly Happy Hours continue every Friday, featuring talented live entertainers and special celebrations such as National Red Wine Day. Additional social events like National Root Beer Float Day, Pineapples, Pints & Pinot, and the Banana Split Bar offer even more opportunities to connect and enjoy the season.
We are also proud to share wonderful feedback from residents and guests who have enjoyed memorable outings, delicious culinary experiences, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Riverwalk feel like home. Whether spending time with neighbours, participating in activities, or simply relaxing in our beautiful community, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
